Hi, I’m Ruby — the founder of Truly You Physiotherapy.
I’m a proud Kiwi and qualified physiotherapist with over six years of experience, now happily living and working on the beautiful Gold Coast.
I started Truly You Physiotherapy because I believe true health goes beyond treating injuries. It’s about empowering people to feel their best, both physically and holistically. My own experience with injury as a teenager showed me how life changing pain can be, and inspired me to dedicate my career to helping others move with greater freedom, strength, and confidence.
